The building was built in 1913 and it was intended a bank building. It has been awarded the status of architectural monument of national significance. Facades are decorated with pilasters characteristic of the classicism era, whereas facades and interior are finished with high-grade materials such as polished granite, qualitative stone powder, marble, oak-wood and brass. The premises are provided with security.
